Ainka Munroe is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional with Equitable Advisors with over 15 years in financial services and is dedicated to helping individuals and business owners build their financial futures through asset allocation strategies and risk management. In addition to the aforementioned, Ainka is also passionate about helping those within the special needs community.

Prior to joining Equitable Advisors, LLC Ainka spent four and a half years at Deloitte and Touché as an auditor of Hedge Funds, Real Estate, and Investment Banking firms. Ainka's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting as well as an MBA both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important to Ainka. As part of her. social contribution, Ainka was the cofounder of High Impact Alliance, Inc a nonprofit, youth development organization. She currently serves on the board of several service organizations such as Life Member of Zeta Phi Beta and Director of Lifting While We Climb Charitable Organization - providing scholarships and servicing black students and professionals in the finance industry. In her spare time, Ainka enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends
